There is a right way and a wrong way to brush and floss your teeth. Forget all that you think you know and lets start with the right way to do it. Every day, you should gently brush your teeth on all sides with a soft brush and fluoride toothpaste. Use small circular motions. Lightly brush your tongue. Use an electric toothbrush as an alternative. Make sure to floss every day. Dental flossing is very important as it helps remove plaque and leftover food that the toothbrush could not get to. Be sure to rinse after you floss. So those of you who have been flossing before you brush need to brush first and then floss afterwards.
