Lost your toothbrush?

If you are caught without a toothbrush and you are worries that you have bad breath – don’t rely on sugar coated candies or alcohol laden month wash cause they will cause more harm than good.  Instead use a product that is sugarless and alcohol free and contain antibacterial agents.  The rationale is that substances such as chlorine dioxide, zinc chloride and other essential oils like eucalyptol menthol, methyl aslicylate, and thymol have been shown to have fight oral more effectively.  Here are some more effective ways to avoid bad breath:

  • Rinse your mouth with water after eating
  • Chew a piece of sugarless gum to stimulate saliva flow to naturally cleanse your mouth
  • Snaking on celery, carrots, and apples will help clear away loose foods in your teeth
  • Vitamin deficiency tend to cause bad breath and gum disease so not but not least help healthy food.
